Seamless Process
When you decide on your ideal property, our dedicated team partners with you, providing step-by-step guidance through acquiring mortgage. While we have detailed a standard procedure below, it’s important to note that the exact process can differ among financial institutions:
Client Needs Assessment and Document Review
Begin with understanding client requirements and collecting necessary documents for review.
Life Insurance and NOC Requirement
Inform the client of any medical tests for life insurance and request the Developer’s No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Pre-Approval Submission and Issuance
Submit documents for pre-approval to financial institutions, which then issue a pre-approval based on the review.
Mortgage Settlement and Transfer Scheduling
Settle any existing seller mortgages and schedule property transfer at the Land Department if necessary.
Property Identification and Bank Evaluation
The client identifies a property through a broker, followed by a bank evaluation to issue final loan approval.
Land Department Transfer
Complete the property transfer at the Land Department to legally transfer ownership.
Final Approval Review and Documentation
The final loan approval is reviewed and accepted, followed by the signing of bank documentation by the client.
Funds Release to Seller
After completing the transfer, the bank releases funds to the seller, finalizing the purchase.
